Cysco.app sends text messages to users who have registered and actively opted in through our platform. These messages include:

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and One-Time Passcodes (OTP) for account security and login verification.

- Transactional updates regarding ride requests, driver status, and trip completion notifications.

- Customer support and account assistance updates.

You consent to receive these messages by manually checking the consent box during registration on our website (https://www.cysco.app) or within our mobile application.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage of our services. Typically, you will receive transactional and security SMS only when triggering actions on the platform (such as logging in or requesting a ride).

3. Rates and Fees

Cysco.app does not charge for sending text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan.

4. How to Opt-Out (Stop)

If you no longer wish to receive SMS notifications from Cysco.app, you can cancel the service at any time. Just reply with the word "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Mobile Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
